For your convenience, pre-approved returns within the contiguous U.S. are free with ground shipping. However, the shipping charges of the initial purchase will only be refunded if the wrong item was sent or if the item sent was discovered defective. If an exchange is needed for a different size, style or color, you will not be charged for shipping on your new items. For international returns, customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, you will be charged for any costs, duties, fees or taxes associated with shipping the package back to Not Monday. Exchange orders that ship via any expedited method, or outside the contiguous U.S., will be charged for shipping.
