Return or Refund Request
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed full-price merchandise in sellable condition with original tags attached for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date at notmonday.com. You will need your original order number to process a return request. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Clearance merchandise marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
We want you to shop with confidence. Returns are free within the contiguous U.S. when:
- We have made a mistake and shipped the wrong item,
- An item is defective,
- You need a different size in the same color and style.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
For international returns, customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, you will be charged for any costs, duties, fees or taxes associated with shipping the package back to Not Monday. Exchange orders that ship via any expedited method, or outside the contiguous U.S., will be charged for shipping.

Making a Return
If you have your order number, you can begin a complimentary return for your online order by filling out the following form:
